Dedicated Timeshare Services was founded by Julie Evenson, a timeshare industry veteran with over 40 years of experience. Julie began her career in 1984 with Glen Ivy Resorts, where she advanced through various leadership roles, including Vice President of the Loan Servicing Division.

In 1997, Julie relocated to Arizona to manage the loan servicing collateral department for a major timeshare lender. She later moved to California in 2004 to lead the timeshare division of Stewart Title Guarantee Company. In 2013, Julie founded Allstate Timeshare Services, LLC (now Dedicated Timeshare Services, LLC) to provide professional, reliable closing services built on decades of industry expertise.

Today, our experienced team brings that same commitment to excellence to every transaction. We understand timeshare closings inside and out—and we're here to make your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
